Provide you with technical support and maintenance services at any time.
After-sales service team: The FUNLCD after-sales service center is equipped with a professional technical service team with superb skills, strong professional capabilities, and rich maintenance and support experience.
Special statement:
The company provides customers with a one-year warranty free of charge. Starting from the date the equipment arrives at the user’s location and is signed for acceptance, all faults and damages caused by man-made damage, accidental damage and illegal operation are not covered by the warranty. After the equipment warranty period, paid equipment maintenance services will be provided, component fees will be charged as appropriate, and maintenance fees will be waived.
During the warranty period, various flexible contact methods such as hotline, fax, and email are provided to provide users with 24-hour timely response services. If any problems or malfunctions occur, if the user deems it necessary for technical personnel to come to the site for support, the company will send professional engineers to the site (in Shenzhen) within 8 hours to provide free repair or replacement service support. For those outside Shenzhen, engineers from the nearest after-sales outlet will be arranged to provide door-to-door service within 24 hours.
1. All hardware products enjoy one-year free maintenance service. Within three months from the date Party A ships the goods, Party A will replace the faulty products free of charge.
2. For repair products, in principle, they will be repaired and shipped within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the repair products. In case of serious damage, the repair date will be confirmed with the agent.
3. During the warranty period, Party A will bear the return shipping costs during the 3-month replacement period, and Party A will bear the unilateral shipping costs after 3 months.
4. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1) Damage or failure caused by accidental damage (such as transportation reasons, improper storage environment, etc.) or changes in external conditions (such as sudden increase in voltage).
2) Damage or failure caused by incorrect installation, debugging, use, incorrect connection with peripherals and external power supply, etc.
3) The faulty product or component has been disassembled, modified or repaired without authorization.
4) The product identification and serial number on the casing or components of the faulty product are unclear, damaged, or altered.
5) LCD leakage caused by human factors, LCD screen obviously scratched by sharp objects, dropped, etc.
6) Due to accidental storage and use, water or other liquids enter the equipment, causing damage to the equipment.
5. Beyond the warranty period or not within the warranty scope: (For details, see Appendix D: Equipment Maintenance Price List)
1) Depending on the actual situation, certain fees will be charged appropriately, including material fees and maintenance fees, which are 20% of the material fees. If the material fees are less than _________ USD, the maintenance fees will be _________ USD.
2) After receiving the faulty machine from Party B, Party A’s customer service department will inspect the faulty machine on the same day, calculate the fees payable, and fax it back to Party B for confirmation. After Party B receives the confirmation form from Party A’s Customer Service Department and the fees receivable, Party B will confirm it in a timely manner, transfer the corresponding amount to Party A’s designated account by wire transfer, and fax the wire transfer voucher to Party A’s Customer Service Department; Party A receives Party B’s The date of replacement and repair will be calculated after remittance (repairs due to quality problems during the free warranty period are not within the scope of this clause).
