FUNLCD offers a 3-year warranty on all products, with a maximum of one year on LCD screens.The FUNLCD warranty covers defects due to defective components, materials or manufacturing. In the event of a technical problem with your display system, the device is considered to be defective if it fails to perform the functions indicated in the operating manual, technical specifications or any other similar document supplied with the device, and if the failure is due to the internal characteristics of the device, with the exception of human factors and natural disasters.
About after-sales service, if you have any questions about our products, you can tell us by e-mail or phone, we will reply you within 24 hours after receiving your e-mail or phone call, and provide you with good solutions to solve the problem.
We can send engineers to guide the installation for you. But the related expenses will be paid by your company, such as visa, hotel, meals, round-trip air ticket, etc. Your company also need to pay our staff $100/day/person (counting from the departure of our engineers from Shenzhen) and help to arrange the visa for our staff.
FUNLCD will assist customers with training and technical support at the factory if needed. You can send your engineers to our factory for training about testing, installation and maintenance. We will provide professional training free of charge.
