Q: Are you a factory?
A: Yes. We are a Chinese Digital Signage factory with OEM/ODM service.
Q: What does FUNLCD can offer?
A: FUNLCD offers indoor&outdoor LCD/LED digital signage, video player, LCD/LED video wall, touch all in one kiosk, stretch bar LCD display, self service order kiosk, etc.
Q: What is the MOQ(minimum order quantity) of your product?
A: MOQ is 1 unit for both our standard LCD product and OEM/ODM product.
Q: How to place an order?
1). Tell us the model, quantity, color and other special requirements.
2). We will issue a pro forma invoice and send it to you for approval.
3). After receiving your approval and payment or deposit, we will arrange the production.
4). The goods will be delivered as specified on the pro forma invoice.
Q: What’s the brand of your LCD screen?
A: All the LCD modules or open cell we are using comes from big manufacturer like Samsung, LG, AUO and BOE.
Q: What payment method does your company accept?
A: We accept most payment methods and give preference to wire transfer, Alipay.
Q: What is your product’s warranty and your after-sales service?
A: Our company is a certified national high-tech enterprise. Our products have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, China Compulsory Certification(CCC), FCC, CE, RoHS, HDMI, and other certifications, and have been consistently praised by our customers. The warranty period is one year. Our company supports online after-sales service to respond to your questions in time and help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
Q: Could you customize the product for me?
A: Our company supports a customized LOGO, SDK, and PCBA, and also offers pre-installation services. If you are interested in customizing more items, Please contact our customer service.
Q: What is your product packaging solution? Is it reliable?
A: The package is a reliable packaging containing a quality product which has passed inspections and drops tests. We guarantee to deliver your goods in good condition.
Q: What’s the difference between normal TV and digital signage?
A: Standard of the product order quantity is different, digital signage made for commercial purpose it’s support 24/7 working time.
Q: What’s the different between commercial standard and industrial standard?
A: The difference is the application purpose. For commercial standard LCD display products would work up to 50 degree, but industrial standard LCD display products would work up to 80 degree and more.
Q: How about delivery?
A: We can provide DHL/UPS TNT/fedex and other air and sea transportation services.
Q: What is the delivery date?
A: Generally speaking, the normal delivery date is within 15 working days after the purchase quantity. But for larger orders, please check with us.
